So what documents do we need?

When registering a new vehicle

C.O.C.
A certificate of vehicle homologation
Power of attorney for EasyCarreg
(paper with an officially verified signature) or electronic (sent from the data box)
If the vehicle owner is a leasing/credit company, Data Message ID (electronic power of attorney)

When transferring a used vehicle

A power of attorney between the original and the new owner (paper with an officially verified signature) or electronic.
Power of attorney for EasyCarreg (paper with an officially verified signature) or electronic (sent from the data box) sent directly to the office.
A valid registration check
The validity of the log on the registration inspection is one year.
ORV (Certificate of Registration of the Car)

Note:
In both cases, MTPL must be paid - the Office verifies online.
